Oct 19, 2016

eeoc retaliation webinar heading

For the first time since 1998, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has issued new guidance on retaliation. This guidance makes it clear that the EEOC plans to make the barrier as low as possible to find retaliatory intent in all employee complaints the agency receives.

In this complimentary webinar, Lynn D. Lieber, Esq., employment lawyer and Principal at LieberLawyers and Sondra Solovay, Esq., Vice President of Content at Workplace and Campus Answers, offer insights into the EEOC's latest retaliation guidelines.

Topics Covered in the Webinar

  • Does retaliatory “adverse action” need to have a tangible effect?
  • Can an “adverse action” take place outside work?
  • How many years must an employer look back into an individual’s employment history to find evidence?
  • What third parties are covered by the retaliation laws?

Fill out the form on the right to watch the webinar and learn about the EEOC's new retaliation guidance.
