As the Department of Education continues to meet on Rulemaking for the Campus SaVE Act, the White House has published a report titled "Rape and Sexual Assault: A Renewed Call to Action."
The report was written by the White House Council on Women and Girls and the Office of the Vice President and puts forth action items to address key issues.

The statistics are startling and point to Higher Education campuses as being particularly vulnerable to rape and sexual assault. Demographics show the collegiate age-range to be high-risk and the White House has put administration officials on a 90-day deadline to present recommendations for prevention on campuses.
"Obama is giving the task force of administration officials 90 days to come up with recommendations for colleges to prevent and respond to sexual assault, increase public awareness of each school's track record and enhance coordination among federal agencies to hold schools accountable if they don't confront the problem." -Huffington Post
