Girish is an executive with over 15 years of experience in setting up and growing businesses in the technology enabled services sector. As a senior executive with Infosys Technologies, (NASDAQ: INFY) a $20 billion market-cap technology and consulting services firm, Girish managed a portfolio of businesses exceeding $ 70 million in revenues and grew the business at an annual rate exceeding 30% over a 4 year period. Before Infosys, Girish was a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen, where he led multiple process and technology transformation programs for Fortune 500 corporations. He was most recently a Managing Partner at Finrock Growth Partners, an investment firm, where he was responsible for leading investments in small to medium sized technology companies. Russell Miller - Vice President of Finance & Operations
Russell joined Workplace Answers in 2012 as the Vice President of Finance & Operations. He is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, treasury and accounting, systems implementations, process improvement and organizational development. As Vice President and Treasurer of ProtoStar Satellite Systems, Russell supervised accounting and finance functions for global enterprise with approx. $400M in debt and $100M in equity financing (primarily provided by venture capital firms). Prior to ProtoStar, Russell was a senior consultant at KPMG, where he led financial systems implementations. He has also managed financial reporting, audits, and due diligence for multiple entities in US, Europe and Asia. Sondra Solovay, Esq. - Director of Content Development
Sondra is the attorney leading the Product Development Team of researchers, writers, attorneys and designers who create Workplace Answers’ award-winning course content. She began consulting with Workplace Answers as a Subject Matter Expert, later leaving her private practice to join Workplace Answers as Manager of the Content Team in 2007. She is now the Director of Product Development where she actively works with our clients and Sales Executives on exciting new products that satisfy needs and mitigate risk. She has been teaching, training and consulting on diversity and discrimination issues for almost 20 years. Her book, Tipping the Scales of Justice, was the first published exclusively on the topic of weight discrimination and the law. She is also co-editor of the award-winning anthology The Fat Studies Reader. Her writing appears in the Harvard Business Review and Business Spotlight Magazine. Sondra is frequently quoted by the media on discrimination and bias issues; her interviews include Good Morning America, Wall Street Journal Reports, Court TV, O'Reilly Factor, CNN's Burden of Proof, BBC's Toast, CANAL+, Inside Edition, Canada AM, CNN News, Associated Press Television, MSNBC, NPR, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Irish Times, San Francisco Chronicle, USA Today, and Human Resources Magazine. Sondra has been honored with several awards for her legal work and has been profiled by San Francisco Attorney Magazine. She trained the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, the San Francisco Human Rights Commissioners and their staffs, and was the first attorney to successfully resolve a complaint under San Francisco’s “height/weight” law. Sondra is a graduate of UC Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law and Brown University (with Honors), and she completed a program in Product Management through UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Mr. Miles is currently the Chairman and Co-Founder of SeatonCorp, a leading provider of recruiting, vendor-on-premise staffing and end-to-end supplier management solutions. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded SeatonCorp in 1988, shortly after college graduation. Under his leadership, Mr. Miles has grown SeatonCorp from a staff of two to one of Crain’s “Largest Privately Held Companies” in Chicago, with more than 1,300 employees. SeatonCorp has achieved consistent, organic growth resulting in a 25%+ compounded annual growth rate over a 20-year period, earning more than $400 million in revenue during 2011. Michael is the Executive Chairman of Addison Search, a board member at Innflux and an Operating Executive at Lake Capital. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University.
Mr. Turner co-founded Westwood College in 1987. Currently, his primary focus is serving as an internal member of the Board of Trustees. Previously, his major responsibility was developing and managing the institution’s educational operations. Prior to co-founding Westwood College, Mr. Turner worked in Corporate Finance at Lehman Brothers. He is also a former chairman of the Training Assurance Foundation and a long-time member of the board of the Colorado Association of Career Colleges and Schools (CACCS). He currently serves on the Board of the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU), formerly the Career College Association, and has twice served on the association’s board nominating committee. Mr. Turner coaches youth soccer and is very active in the scouting Community. He is a member of the Mile High United Way Tocqueville Society. Mr. Turner earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
