Antitrust laws were designed to prevent anticompetitive practices that prevent free trade, ban abusive behavior by dominant companies and supervise mergers and acquisitions. This Antitrust Law training course will teach participants how to recognize and avoid antitrust violations. It is available with or without a proficiency test; the test only allows participants to receive their certificate of completion once they achieve a score of 80 percent or higher.
