Uncovering Implicit Bias
The social landscape of racial and color-based discrimination has evolved and become more complex and insidious. The EEOC is requiring employers to become more astute about how they hire people and in analyzing all terms and conditions of employment. This 30-minute course teaches employees what implicit bias is and helps them understand its effects in the workplace. Studies and statistics further illustrate the pervasive, subtle and damaging quality of implicit bias.
