Discrimination training and diversity training is key to dealing with religion and politics at work.

 

There are certain difficulties and differences surrounding religion and politics in the workplace as compared to the other protected categories. Many employees believe they have First Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution to express their religious and political views, in the workplace. This is partially true, particularly for public employees. However, many employees are not aware that their rights to religious and political freedom of speech are limited in the workplace.
