Girish Pashilkar, Chief Executive Officer
Girish is an executive with over 20 years' experience in setting up and growing businesses in the technology enabled services sector. Girish has been the CEO of Workplace Answers since April 2010 and during this period the company has been featured in the Inc 500/5000 list of fastest growing companies six times. As a senior executive with Infosys Technologies (NASDAQ: INFY), a $20 billion market-cap technology and consulting services firm, Girish managed a portfolio of businesses exceeding $70 million in revenues and grew the business at an annual rate exceeding 30% over a four-year period.
Before Infosys, Girish was a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen, where he led multiple process and technology transformation programs for Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to becoming the CEO of Workplace Answers, Girish was a Managing Partner at Finrock Growth Partners, an investment firm he set up to acquire a technology business in collaboration with several leading entrepreneurs and private equity investors. Farzad Barkhordari, President
Farzad is an attorney and anti-bribery subject matter expert with decades of experience creating compliance programs. He founded Click 4 Compliance, an online training company with courses covering topics such as anti-corruption, bribery and business ethics, which was acquired by Workplace Answers in 2015. Before founding Click 4 Compliance, Farzad spent over nine years in the Legal Department of Sun Microsystems in California, Washington, D.C., and Geneva, Switzerland, where he was Global Lead for all anti-corruption issues and provided legal advice in a variety of other areas.
After leaving Sun, Farzad continued to advise clients on international business operations and the complex compliance issues related to anti-bribery, as well as created compliance programs, including training programs tailored to a variety of job levels, responsibilities and cultures. Karen Kiesel, Vice President of Operations
Karen has extensive operational experience in account management, support, relationship management and sales within the eLearning and financial services industries. Before joining Workplace Answers, Karen served as the Vice President of Client Delivery at Click 4 Compliance, where she led business development in addition to creating and executing key design and implementation processes.
Previously, Karen served as the Chief Operating Officer at We Comply, where she developed business processes that helped pilot the company through a period of sustained sales and profit growth. Additionally, she coached employees in selling, customer service and client-handling skills. Karen began her career providing consulting services to a number of financial institutions. Russell Miller, Vice President of Finance and Technology
Russell is a senior financial executive and a CPA with over 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis; treasury and accounting; systems implementations; process improvement; and organizational development. As Vice President and Treasurer of ProtoStar Satellite Systems, Russell supervised accounting and finance functions for global enterprise with approximately $400 million in debt and $100 million in equity financing (primarily provided by venture capital firms).

Jonathan Sampson, Vice President of Enterprise Markets
Jonathan brings decades of experience to Workplace Answers’ enterprise sales team. Throughout his career he has driven results in the areas of sales, operations and finance within the technology industry. Most recently, Jonathan served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Click 4 Compliance.
Prior to Click 4 Compliance, Jonathan was the Client Delivery Director at ServiceSource (NASDAQ:SREV), where he led a team of 50 sales professionals, managing more than $200 million in annual renewals across 24,000 contracts for IT software and hardware businesses. Before ServiceSource, he spent nine years at Sun Microsystems in operational, sales, and finance roles based in Australia, Switzerland, Spain and the U.S.

Sondra Solovay, Esq., Vice President of Content and Human Resources
Sondra has been teaching, training and consulting on diversity and discrimination issues for almost 20 years. She leverages her expertise to provide legal guidance and subject matter expertise to all team functions at Workplace Answers.
Sondra authored, “Tipping the Scales of Justice,” the first book that was published exclusively on the topic of weight discrimination and the law. She is also co-editor of the award-winning anthology, “The Fat Studies Reader.” Sondra has been honored with several awards for her legal work and has been profiled by San Francisco Attorney Magazine. She was the first attorney to successfully resolve a complaint under San Francisco’s “height/weight” law. Sondra is a graduate of UC Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law and Brown University (with Honors), and she completed a program in Product Management through UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Amie Coleman, Director of Marketing
Amie joined Workplace Answers in 2015 and has over 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing leadership. As a seasoned marketing executive, Amie has led brand and corporate positioning initiatives, developed inbound and outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation on a global level, created demand generation programs for B2B and B2C brands, and managed analyst and media relations.
Amie has diverse experience with brands in all growth stages, from start-ups to Fortune 100 global companies, such IBM, Cisco, Baher Germany, socialware, Troux and Adometry. Prior to Workplace Answers, Amie was Director of Marketing for a provider of SaaS billing solutions, where she helped the company re-position its brand to achieve market distinction.

Enrico Fantozzi, Director of Sales, Commercial Markets
Enrico has over 15 years of experience leading and coaching sales teams. Prior to joining Workplace Answers, Enrico served as Sales Director for YourMembership, a provider of membership and association management software, where he implemented technology systems and processes to drive sales.
Before YourMembership, Enrico founded Buckeye Expediting, an asset-based trucking company, where he created business plans and implemented policies and procedures for all phases of operations. Enrico is a graduate of Bowling Green State University.

Michael Miles, Director
Michael Miles is a veteran of 18 search fund investments since 2009. He has served as a board member and trusted advisor for many search fund-backed enterprises, including successful outcomes with Innflux and Midwest Supplies.
Michael also has 25+ years of experience building, growing and operating recruiting businesses. In 1988, Michael founded SeatonCorp, a leading provider of recruiting, vendor-on-premise staffing and end-to-end supplier management solutions for strategic users of contingent labor. In 2014, Michael and his investor group sold SeatonCorp to True Blue (NYSE: TBI). Under Michael’s leadership, SeatonCorp grew from a staff of two to one of Crain’s “Largest Privately Held Companies” in Chicago, with more than 2,500 employees. SeatonCorp achieved consistent, organic growth resulting in a 20%+ compounded annual growth rate over a 25-year period, earning more than $700 million in revenue during 2014.
Michael has been recognized with several awards including: the Staffing Industry Analysts’ Peter Yessne Workforce Innovator Award, a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® program, and is listed on The Staffing 100 (the 100 most influential people in the staffing industry). In 2012, Michael founded INCubatoredu (non-for-profit), a national program teaching high school students how to start a business. In 2010, Michael then joined the private equity firm, Lake Capital, as an Operating Executive. Jamie Turner, Director
Jamie is an experienced entrepreneur and private investor. He is currently a Managing Partner of Point Piper, LLC which is focused on making investments in growth companies primarily in the Education and Healthcare industries.
Jamie co-founded Alta Colleges in 1987 through the purchase of a single post-secondary for-profit institution in Denver. Over a twenty year period he grew an educational business from $3.5m to over $400m in sales with more than 25 locations in nine states. During this journey, Alta also became the single largest US franchisee of The Princeton Review, a test preparation company. Jamie experienced and managed through multiple organizational changes, growing and scaling this multi-site business. He hired a CEO in 2007 to run the company and until recently was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to co-founding Alta, he worked in Corporate Finance at Lehman Brothers.
In addition to his Point Piper responsibilities, Jamie is an active private investor in Search Funds and currently serves on the Board of four different private companies in the fields of healthcare (Assisted Living), corporate training (two different SaaS companies), and talent development (franchised business networking).
Jamie received a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University in 1981 and his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1985.
