Unlawful Harassment Prevention For Public Employers
Government employers have unique challenges in both unlawful harassment situations and in harassment prevention training. Having worked with hundreds of city, county, state and federal entities, Workplace Answers is well aware of these challenges. We have designed course content exclusively for public employers and also have developed a “best practices” approach for course deployment and the use of technology to ensure training success in the public sector.
Course Highlights
- Storylines and scenarios set in actual city, county or state government employment settings – the Treasurer’s Office, the Office of Traffic Safety, the Real Estate Services Division, etc.
- Characters in storylines have city, county or state government job positions & work in appropriately named departments.
- Situations occur during typical public employment activities – interacting with the public, attending public meetings, working off-site with community members, etc.
- Public employment-focused third party harassment situations regarding interacting with members of the public.
- Explanation & special consideration of the unique First Amendment rights of public employees.
