Antitrust laws prohibit anti-competitive commerce and monopolistic practices and supervise mergers and acquisitions. Violations of antitrust laws can cost companies up to $100 million per violation; individuals who have antitrust actions against a company can also seek damages that are triple their losses.

It is important to train employees in antitrust law to protect the organization from liability. This highly interactive course explains the complexities of antitrust law and how to avoid inadvertent violations such as price fixing and monopolistic practices. This course will teach participants how to recognize and avoid antitrust violations. It is available with or without a proficiency test; the test only allows participants to receive their certificate of completion once they achieve a score of 80 percent or higher.
