Learning Tracks
The Best Path to Best Practices
Workplace Answers encourages our clients to develop strategic Learning Tracks that address specific challenges and areas of interest. We often propose separate courses and appropriate supplementary materials for employees and supervisors.
When creating a Learning Track, we consider proposed course topics, the frequency and length of compliance periods and the client organization's risk areas and goals. Each part of the curriculum is specifically designed to address the organization's unique requirements.
Below are sample Learning Tracks for supervisors and employees at the same organization. Over time, curriculum tracking ensures that every employee will take the right version of organizationally mandated training. Such tracks provide a solid foundation for organizations striving to promote best practices and enhance morale.

Our Web-based Learning Management System (LMS) makes managing multiple Learning Tracks a snap. With some basic setup, courses are rolled out, email reminders are sent and the learning begins! The whole process is trackable and accessible in just a few clicks.
As with single-course deployments, Workplace Answers retains records of all Learning Track rollouts. Electronic copies of the courses each employee takes can be
presented as key "Exhibit A" evidence in any future legal defense.
