Workplace Answers' Electronic Communication System (ECS) makes notifying employees of impending training — and following up later to make sure they've completed it on time — incredibly easy.

The ECS already contains the participant information that's loaded into our Learning Management System (LMS) during the setup period, prior to a course deployment. Through this platform, administrators can set the variables for all types of communication, create personalized messages for each stage and rules for handling user feedback and questions.

Then, when it's time for training to begin, the ECS automatically emails employees and supervisors personalized links to their appropriate courses, along with any special instructions or information the administrator wishes to add. The timing and content of follow-up messages can be set before deployment or adjusted during the training, depending upon organizational need or preference.
