In metered courses, users can track their pace against what's optimal -- or required by employment law. This unique innovation analyzes a number of variables to establish an accurate estimate of participation time. The Pace Meter then displays a constantly updated visual gauge. Rather than just setting an arbitrary time limit per page, this flexible, non-intrusive solution allows readers to move more quickly through familiar topics and spend more time working through new material.
Tracking & Reporting
Employee training and development participation can be tracked anytime with our Web-based
Learning Management System (LMS).This fully integrated and hosted
employee training tracking system lets you perform the following tasks:
- Generate and download reports showing dates of registration, completion, last login and policy acceptance. The LMS can also show the total time user spends in a course or courses.
- Produce personalized reports that suit your needs.
- Find information about a specific user or group of users.
- Print personalized Certificates of Completion -- to document compliance and include in personnel files.
- Register new users for courses.
- Automatically notify users when they're due to start or finish a course -- and schedule reminders.
Reports and data can be exported into a variety of formats for use on your own desktop or to integrate with other systems. Organizations can control their online human resources training by designating which departments, regions, groupings or individuals can access our LMS. We maintain an electronic copy of the exact course each user takes, so you don't have to. Should a claim or issue arise, this documentation can be used as "Exhibit A" evidence in your legal defense.
