Lynn D. Lieber, Esq.

Lynn founded Workplace Answers in 1999 to fulfill her goal of providing consistently superior – and scalable – Web-based ethics and compliance training to employees and supervisors across the country and around the world. Workplace Answers is the culmination of Lynn's more than two decades of employment-law practice, and it is the product of her passion for fresh and effective preventive workplace education.

Lynn is a seasoned employment-law attorney and author on harassment and discrimination law. As a Partner at Fisher & Phillips and an Associate at Littler, she conducted literally hundreds of in-person training sessions for public and private organizations. She understands the serious and difficult challenges organizations face when they attempt to train what is often a disparate workforce in the absolutes and "gray areas" of ever-evolving local, state and federal guidelines.

Lynn graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Pacific in California. She earned a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as the Technical Editor of the Computer and High Technology Law Journal.
